Privacy Policy

1. What data we collect

• Registration data: your email address, as well as your Google account identifier when signing in via Google.
• Login data: your password is stored solely as an irreversible cryptographic hash — it is not available to us in plain text.
• Payment data: your history of balance top-ups and charges. Full payment card details are processed by the payment organization and are neither transmitted to nor stored by us.
• Technical data: your IP address, the date and time of requests, and information about actions in the cabinet — recorded in logs for security and to prevent abuse.

2. Purposes of processing

• providing the services and managing your account;
• carrying out settlements, issuing invoices and refunding funds;
• ensuring security and preventing fraud and abuse;
• communicating with you on service and support matters.

3. Legal grounds

Processing is carried out to perform the contract (the Public Offer), on the basis of your consent given at registration, and to comply with the requirements of the law.

4. Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell your data. Data may be transferred only to providers that enable the operation of the service, to the minimum extent necessary:

• to the payment organization — for processing payments and refunds;
• to the email delivery service — for delivering codes and notifications;
• to the data center provider — for hosting the servers you rent;
• to government authorities — in cases expressly provided for by law.

Certain providers (hosting and server placement, email delivery, payment processing) may be located outside the Republic of Kazakhstan. Cross-border transfer is carried out to the minimum extent necessary, on the basis of your consent and in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on personal data.

5. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and maintaining your session in the cabinet. Without them, signing in to the cabinet is not possible.

6. Retention period

Data is retained for as long as your account exists and for the periods established by law for accounting and other reporting. After your account is deleted, data is erased or anonymized, except for information that we are required by law to retain.

7. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and to withdraw your consent to processing. To do so, send a request to anissov.yerbol@gmail.com. Deleting your account may result in the termination of the services.

8. Security

We apply organizational and technical protection measures: connection encryption (HTTPS), password hashing, isolation of customer projects, access restriction and security monitoring.
